Sprouts Farmers Market in Chandler is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team, set an example for guest service, and mentor cashiers and courtesy clerks to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will schedule meals and breaks, assist in hiring and training, monitor cash register supplies, ensure security, and uphold cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas, while communicating clearly and multi-tasking in a dynamic grocery environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor cashiers and courtesy clerks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellent customer service through proactively visiting registers and providing direction/support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist in potential customer assistance issues at the register.
• Assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness standards in the restrooms and parking lots.
• Maintain visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues.
• Schedule and oversee proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new Cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions.
