Sprouts Farmers Market in Chandler is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a busy cashier team and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead front-end staff, train new cashiers, and support store operations while upholding safety and policy standards.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service, leadership and frontline supervision in retail.
• Experience operating front-end equipment: register, calculator, and scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
• Maintain security and cleanliness in front-of-house areas.
