Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks. You will ensure outstanding customer service, assist with register issues, and help maintain store cleanliness and security.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training and can flex hours, including nights and weekends. This is a rewarding role in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with register issues and customer assistance at the front end.
• Schedule and oversee breaks; monitor cash register supplies and hygiene.
• Support hiring and training of new Cashiers and take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain security and loss prevention awareness at entry/exit points.
