Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers, provide leadership on the sales floor, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will monitor register operations, assist with customer issues, and help manage schedules and training to maintain a smooth front-end experience. The role requires reliable, friendly leadership with strong math and communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service, communication and math skills, and ability to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Maintain high customer service by guiding cashiers and clerks at registers.
• Oversee scheduling, breaks, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and addressing disciplinary actions.
