Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to lead and model behavior.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist in hiring and training of new Cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions.
• Schedule and oversee proper execution of breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Maintain visibility at exits for security and loss prevention.
