Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a fast-paced cashier team and support store operations. You will drive excellent customer service, mentor cashiers and assist with daily scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers as a role model.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and move carts with force up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide guidance to cashiers.
• Address customer issues at the register and support resolution.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and take disciplinary actions when needed.
