Ideal candidates will have cashiering experience, strong math and cash handling skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be able to lead a team and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues at the register.
• Demonstrate accuracy in cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily operations.
• Proactively visit registers to guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer service issues at the register and direct staff as needed.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions when needed.
