Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience, plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; strong customer interaction and role model behavior.
• Proficient with cash handling, numbers, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push carts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; participate in disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure security and loss prevention measures at entrances and with register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly standards across front-end areas.
