Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier in California to supervise a team of cashiers and support front-end operations. You will lead cashiers, assist with hiring/training, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires flexibility, strong math skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining store standards and customer care. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience, plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; strong customer interaction and role model behavior.
• Proficient with cash handling, numbers, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push carts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; participate in disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure security and loss prevention measures at entrances and with register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly standards across front-end areas.
