Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and read/count numbers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state rules.
• Help hire and train new cashiers; assist with disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cash register supply levels and restroom/parking lot cleanliness.
• Support in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
