Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 year of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist self-checkout customers across multiple registers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide SMART customer service and help customers locate, select, and load merchandise.
• Operate a cash register, process sales, returns, and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open/close registers as needed and support Front End operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with store policies.
