Qualifications

• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally to deliver exceptional service.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Partner with associates to perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive loyalty.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Maintain regular attendance and collaborate with store leadership.
