Responsibilities

• Lead cashiers and associates to ensure efficient guest transactions and optimal store aesthetics.
• Drive loyalty results by promoting the Ulta Beauty app and loyalty program.
• Protect assets and maintain loss prevention standards at the cashwrap and throughout the store.
• Provide training and cross-training for new cashiers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
