Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and support training for new cashiers. The role emphasizes loyalty programs and exceptional guest service to drive sales.

The position requires a passion for the guest experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
• Demonstrated selling skills and passion for guest service
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns promptly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving store sales and guest loyalty through service and product recommendations.
• Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at the cashwrap.
• Train or assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Lead cash wrap operations with accuracy in cash handling and open/close procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to standards throughout the shift.
• Provide exceptional service by engaging guests and promoting Ulta Beauty products and services.
