Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and aesthetics. The LC assists in training cashiers and cross-training, leading peers, and driving loyalty results through guest experience, sales, and credit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and 2 years cashier/retail experience.
• Excellent guest service and selling skills.
• Able to train new cashiers and cross-train staff.
