Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to help drive guest satisfaction and loyalty at the store level. You will greet guests, process transactions, and support makeup services while guiding new cashiers and ensuring cashwrap standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and policy compliance, with opportunities to grow within the sales and guest experience areas of the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests, engage with them, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
