Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards. You will train new cashiers, support cross-training, and drive loyalty results through exceptional service and product recommendations.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced store, ensuring accuracy in transactions, promoting the Ulta Beauty app, and contributing to sales goals while maintaining store aesthetics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in guest service and sales goals.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service at the cashwrap.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Lead cashier training and support cross-training of associates.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive use of Ulta Beauty app.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and backroom areas.
