Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and promote Ulta products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Book appointments and support in-store services.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness.
• Support training of new cashiers and cross-train associates.
