Job summary

Ulta Beauty Lebanon, TN seeks a Lead Cashier to drive guest service and loyalty while ensuring efficient transactions. The role includes training new cashiers, coordinating with team peers, and maintaining cashwrap standards for a polished store appearance.

Responsibilities include handling sales, returns, and exchanges; pairing guests with makeup specialists; booking services and events; and keeping displays stocked.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service to guests.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.
• Pair guests with a makeup artist or associate to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
