Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to help ensure smooth guest transactions and high-quality cashwrap standards while driving loyalty and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and consistent service excellence across the store.

The Lead Cashier will train new cashiers, support cross-training, and collaborate with the leadership team to meet sales goals, protect assets, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the Ulta Beauty brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and with makeup/skincare demonstrations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and handle open/close procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and proper cash and media control.
