Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest experiences, loyalty engagement, and cashwrap operations in a fast-paced store environment. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, and recommend products
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and product demos
• Book appointments and support in-store events
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
