Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards and cleanliness.
• Lead cashiers, train new cashiers, and cross-train associates.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive guest engagement through service and product recommendations.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and dress code; complete register open/close as directed.
