Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supplies; maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots.
• Maintain security by overseeing exit doors and loss prevention measures.
• Schedule breaks in compliance with policy; assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
