Job summary

You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, and help ensure a smooth, efficient front-end experience for shoppers.

Qualified candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age, HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner
• Strong math skills, attention to detail and cash handling proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers
• Handle customer assistance issues at the register
• Schedule and oversee breaks per policy and state requirements
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary actions as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and security at front-end areas
