The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and hands-on cash handling while maintaining store cleanliness and security. You will help hire, train, and schedule staff to meet busy demand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.

• Assign store sweeps, monitor cash register supplies and restroom/parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
