Job summary

Talbert-House is seeking a Case Manager Team Lead - Employment Services in Cincinnati, OH to supervise a team of case managers and ensure high-quality client service delivery. The role involves QA reviews, coaching, and ensuring adherence to contract requirements and agency practices.

You will oversee documentation accuracy, track QA concerns, and escalate issues as needed while supporting staff with resources and next steps for complex client barriers.

Qualifications

• Assist with QA reviews and staff coaching.
• Maintain tracking for QA concerns and resolutions.
• Provide guidance to Case Support Managers on case management processes.
• Identify recurring QA patterns and communicate to leadership.
• Assist in preparing case documentation for hearings, audits, and funder reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of case managers to support client service delivery.
• Review requirements for QA reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coaching and technical assistance to staff when QA reviews identify concerns.
• Elevate unresolved items to Supervisor/Associate Director.
• Maintain calendar/track required reports and QA deadlines.
• Communicate deadlines and outstanding items to staff.
• Serve as a resource on case management processes and documentation expectations.
• Identify resources and next steps when barriers are identified.
