Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Lead Case Manager in Santa Ana, CA to supervise a team delivering housing and support services. The role combines office administration with field outreach to ensure timely service delivery and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead a team of case managers and coordinate services.
• Experience in case management and working with vulnerable populations.
• Familiarity with HMIS or similar case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor team case loads and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and develop housing stability plans.
• Coordinate move-in activities, housing and service referrals.
• Conduct outreach, site visits, and data/documentation audits.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure program assets/files are maintained.
