Job summary

VOALA in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Job Developer/Case Manager to coordinate and monitor employment services for HVRP clients. You will mentor a team, assess client needs, develop employment plans, and connect veterans with job opportunities and vocational training.

This on-site role requires strong collaboration with employers, public agencies, and community partners, plus proven case management experience and the ability to balance administrative duties with field outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in employment placement and vocational counseling activities.
• 2 years of experience in case management or as a job developer.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor caseload of the Job Development team and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, screenings, and participant intake for veterans.
• Develop individual employment and service plans for participants.
• Source and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
• Provide career counseling, job coaching, and interview support.
• Ensure program records are complete and accurate for reporting.
