Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
• Strong written and oral communication with professionals and non‑professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track cases across multiple counties.

Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases and track in the case management system.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and advise follow-up or closure as needed.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to the State.
• Investigate reporting issues in IDOH systems (CHIRP, LDF, NBS, etc.).
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews with case managers.
• Monitor tasks related to case management queues (review, approve, close).
• Track required fields for confirmed cases and coordinate with staff.
• Provide backup support for daily processes including system approvals and lead result entry.
