Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases and track in the case management system.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and advise on follow-up or closure as needed.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to the State.
• Investigate reporting issues and questionable entries in client systems like CHIRP, LDF, NBS.
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews with case managers.
• Monitor case management queues and coordinate document reviews, approvals, and closure.
• Track required fields for confirmed cases and coordinate with staff if missing.
