Job summary

Software Technology Inc. invites applications for a role supporting Indiana lead exposure case management. You will assist state case managers, manage data in the state system, and coordinate with health departments to ensure timely case handling.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with professionals and the public. This onsite position is based in Indianapolis, with month-to-month contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management or public health data entry preferred.
• Knowledge of Indiana lead regulations (410 IAC 29) preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases; track in the state case management system and ensure timely opening/updating/closing.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and suggest follow-up or closure as appropriate.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to the State.
• Investigate reporting issues and questionable entries in IDOH systems (CHIRP, LDF, NBS).
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews with case managers.
• Monitor case management queues and coordinate document review, approval and closure.
• Track required fields for confirmed cases and coordinate with staff if missing.
• Provide backup support for daily processes including system approvals, fax receipt and lead result entry.
