Responsibilities

• Support the state lead specialist and manage a district of 20-40 counties.
• Monitor cases of children with elevated blood lead levels (EBLL).
• Meet weekly with IDOH Case Surveillance Program Manager.
• Work with IDOH's Data Analyst for testing and EBLL frequency.
• Provide updates on changes to Lead code and assist regional contacts.
• Occasional travel to meet health department personnel.
