Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking an experienced Carpenter to construct and repair building frameworks, stairs, doorframes, partitions, and more on active projects. You will read blueprints, operate tools, manage materials, and coordinate with foremen to ensure quality workmanship and safety on site.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of carpentry experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong focus on detail. OSHA-10 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Strong carpentry knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with the assembly and removal of forms for concrete installation.
• Operate power tools and hand tools to support various worksite tasks.
• Read blueprints/drawings and assign teams accordingly.
• Manage materials including inventory, distribution, and placement.
• Monitor project performance and report updates to management.
• Coordinate with other trades’ foremen and superintendents as needed.
• Promote safety and secure the jobsite and materials daily.
