Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ carpenter experience.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Must provide own safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with forms for concrete installation.
• Use power tools and hand tools to support projects.
• Read blueprints and assign teams accordingly.
• Manage materials including inventory and distribution.
• Monitor project performance and report updates.
• Coordinate with other trade foremen and superintendents.
• Promote a safe work environment and secure the jobsite daily.
