Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and removal of concrete forms used for concrete installation.
• Build and install window-frames, doors, staircases, partitions, millwork, trim, siding, drywall, and framing.
• Ensure flooring, roofing, and drywall are leveled and compatible.
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand requirements.
• Measure materials and cut/smooth wood or other materials to requested dimensions.
• Transport and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools.
• Shadow area assignments to build project knowledge and skill progression.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and secure materials at day’s end.
