Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Follow safe work practices per safety program.
• Must take initiative and ask questions.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Workers must provide their own safety footwear.
• Effective and professional communication with co-workers and stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Preferred: Experience in layout, blueprint reading and shop drawing reading.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and remove forms for concrete installation.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform on-site tasks.
• Build or install window-frames, doors, stairways, partitions, millwork and drywall.
• Ensure flooring, roofing, and drywall are leveled and compatible.
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand requirements.
• Operate tools to assist with various worksite projects.
• Take measurements and calculate material quantities.
• Cut, shape and finish wood or other materials as needed.
• Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete and erect scaffolding.
• Load and distribute materials to project plans and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
• Promote a safe work environment and communicate hazards.
