Job summary

Curaleaf Lead Store Associate in Stuart, FL will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding and inspiring a team. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and help create a compliant, high-performing retail store environment.

You’ll lead by example in customer service and operations, coach teammates, train new hires, and ensure opening/closing duties and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of experience in retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures and reconciling cash drawers.
• Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of Store Associate experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
