Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to elevate the in-store experience at our Englewood location. You'll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards and store performance.

You'll be responsible for opening/closing duties, cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory integrity, and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines, all in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Minimum of 6 months as a Store Associate with consistent performance.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention practices.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.

• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity through precise transactions and order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits.
• Keep store clean, organized, and guest-ready while complying with SOPs.
