Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate at our Clearwater location to deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and inspiring the retail team. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and maintain a compliant, high‑performing store environment.

You will lead opening/closing duties, verify IDs, manage inventory, and excel in upselling and KPI attainment, all while ensuring a welcoming, responsive shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• A minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands‑on experience in retail store operations, including but not limited to executing opening and closing procedures, and reconciling cash drawers.
