Job summary

Curaleaf, located in Lorain, OH, seeks a Lead Store Associate to guide a retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as brand ambassador and drive performance in a compliant, welcoming store environment with focus on rewards Programs and upholding SOPs.

Requirements include 1 year in customer-facing roles, 6 months retail leadership, POS experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay ranges per hour and tips are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf team members need a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Store Associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and daily huddles.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity and execute order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready store environment and comply with SOPs.
