Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate at 2151 Elida Rd, Lima, OH. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach peers, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, POS transactions, inventory control, and ensuring guest safety and compliance. Must have 1+ year in sales and 6 months leadership, with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with inventory, opening/closing procedures, and cash reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and personalized product guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling on the shop floor.
