Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Gainesville, FL to lead front-store operations and coach a team delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive performance, ensure compliance, and act as a brand ambassador in a high-volume, regulated retail environment.

The role requires 1 year in customer-facing or sales, 6 months leadership in retail, and proficiency with POS systems. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with full-time hours and open weekday-evening-weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months in retail store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf teammates need 6 months of Store Associate experience with strong performance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
