Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Westerville, OH. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage daily store operations, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Expect to coach associates, drive performance, handle opening/closing, verify IDs, and promote loyalty programs. Must have 1+ year retail leadership, 1+ year POS experience, and a 21+ age requirement. The role offers full-time hours with weekday/evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• Store Associate experience with consistent performance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach the team to build customer relationships and upsell effectively.
• Drive a welcoming, compliant, and high-performing store environment.
• Execute opening and closing duties, cash reconciliation, and inventory checks.
