Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering product recommendations, processing transactions, and upselling to boost guest satisfaction. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in customer-facing or sales roles.
• 6+ months experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Process transactions accurately and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked; follow procedures and safety rules.
