Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ to greet customers, explain product options, and drive a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll handle transactions, upsell thoughtfully, and help customers find the right cannabis products while upholding compliance and store standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Basic math and computer-app proficiency to support transactions and reporting.
• Positive, proactive mindset focused on guest experience.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and composure under pressure.
• Initiative and a team-first attitude to support store leadership.
• Natural ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships.
