Qualifikationen

• Five years of custodial experience.
• Experience with plant operation maintenance preferred.
• Some computer literacy preferred.
• Valid District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Supervises custodial staff by directing building cleaning and related services and assigns staff to buildings/areas.
• Inspects work to ensure quality, trains staff, and enforces proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinates with the Director of Custodial and Grounds and responds to emergencies including snow removal.
• Oversees cleaning protocols and COVID-19 disinfecting procedures in the workplace.
