Job summary

Qualifications

• HS or GED preferred.
• One year of custodial work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license from MD, VA, or DC required.
• Ability to read and understand product label instructions and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs general and specific cleaning and maintenance to provide a clean, safe environment.
• Work with standard tools and follow safety rules and supervisor guidance.
• Snow and ice removal, water or fire damage cleanup, and special event support as needed.
• Able to clean 28,000–35,000 square feet per eight-hour shift.
