Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Five years of custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemistry and disinfectants.
• Some plant operation maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license (DC/MD/VA).
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and direct building cleaning and related services.
• Schedule and assign staff to buildings/areas; inspect work and correct deficiencies.
• Train staff on cleaning protocols and safety; ensure quality control.
