Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic seeks a Service Center Supervisor to lead the Salem, OR call center operations, overseeing scheduling coordinators across multiple clinics. The role focuses on improving patient access, coaching staff, and maintaining service quality.

The position requires leadership experience in a healthcare call center, strong data analysis skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Salary is DOE with comprehensive benefits and bilingual pay differential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• Five years of call center or supervisory experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged; bilingual pay differential available.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements policies and procedures for the call center operations.
• Monitors call metrics: volume, queue times, abandon rates, and satisfaction.
• Acts as liaison between call center and clinics scheduling coordinators.
• Updates scheduling protocols across clinics served by the call center.
• Coaches and trains staff; conducts performance evaluations and audits.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
