Northwest Human Services, Inc. is a nonprofit community health center serving Marion and Polk counties. We are hiring a Call Center Specialist I in West Salem, Salem, OR, with a 9am–5:30pm schedule and rotating Saturdays.

As the first voice patients hear, you will connect people to care, provide service information, and document interactions while upholding HIPAA and organizational policies. Join a team dedicated to equitable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic systems.

Responsibilities
