• Experience in a high-volume practice is desirable.
• Experience in a call center or with a phone management system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator, supervise front office and administrative staff.
• Assist with billing aspects of the operation and support care coordination for patients.
• Document patient payments in ledger, balance petty cash, and make bank deposits daily.
• Coordinate coverage when front office staff are absent and implement standard work.
• Ensure patient services are provided efficiently with clerical support.
• Assist with patient registration/check-in and verify demographics, employment, and insurance.
